eLearning Content for the C4ISR Training Center

With a constant rotation of users, it's important to have a solid and efficient training system in place to ensure that new users are equipped with the knowledge they need to perform in the field. To meet this need, Hybrid Learning Systems was tasked with developing both the classroom hardware architecture and eLearning content for ArgonST's C4ISR training center. The C4ISR training center provides a robust training environment which facilitates both refresher courses and development of new training techniques giving Navy ISR crews the capability to train and maintain technology and equipment against evolving threats.

Hybrid Learning Systems designed and developed interactive courses that covered a wide range of hardware and software concepts. Lessons include 3D hardware simulations, software simulations and other instructional methodologies that help reduce the training time and increase the learners retention rate. All training modules are SCORM compliant and run through a standard web browser. Additionally, all course have been built so that content repurposing and modification can be done quickly and easily in order to ensure that all training materials reflect the current versions of the hardware.
