Custom Solutions for Unique Applications

While many programs allow for the use of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) training solutions, often a device or procedure may be very specific to an organization. This makes a COTS training solution unfeasible. In this instance there are two possible solutions: Wait until an actual device is free to conduct the training or build a simulation/CBT solution to allow for on-demand training.

Furthermore, our approach to training development promotes constant review of the material in order to make changes that help convey the material to the student in the most effective manner possible.

Research and Development

Part of our goal as an organization is to constantly strive to find new and innovative ways of building quality, efficient training systems for our customers. To that end, team members at Hybrid Learning Systems are constantly exploring new technologies and development methods in order to build more effective training tools. By participating in groups such as the Aviation Industry CBT Committee (AICC), Hybrid is helping to develop and refine the standards for CBT and simulation.
